What first attracted me to this book was how it looked, as in the simplicity of the front cover, and the elastic strap to close the book. And on receiving this book, it feels so well made, the front and back cover are made from card stock, and the binding feels expensive. Also the quality of the pages are beautiful. I almost forgot to mention the size, I think it is a great size, as it isn't too big or chunky, it is a perfect size for a guide / reference book.
This books is very easy to read, because of how it is written, the author uses his wit to keep you interested.
It is a how to book, but I think it would be useful for more experienced designers as well as new or aspiring designers. Through out the book you feel like Drew de Soto was chatting with you. The book is full of excellent tips, and I will now be keeping this book to hand, as I know it will come in handy.
